Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 June 2026
These terms apply when you use Feedi ("we", "us"), a meal-planning app for New Zealand. By using Feedi you agree to them. We keep them short and plain.
What Feedi does
Feedi builds weekly meal plans and aisle-grouped shopping lists, priced using supermarket data for New Zealand stores. Feedi is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any supermarket.
Prices and availability
Prices shown in Feedi are estimates based on supermarket data collected from time to time. They are a guide only and may differ from the actual price, product, or availability in store. Always check the price and details at the supermarket. We are not responsible for differences between Feedi's estimate and what you pay or find in store.
Recipes and dietary information
Recipes, nutrition figures, and dietary labels (such as gluten-free or vegan) are provided as a helpful guide and may not be complete or accurate for your needs. Always check ingredients and labels yourself, especially for allergies or dietary requirements. Feedi does not provide medical or nutritional advice.
Your account
You can use Feedi without an account (an anonymous account is created on your device), or sign in with Apple, Google or email. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile.
Acceptable use
Use Feedi for your own personal, lawful meal planning. Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or copy or resell its content.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account or access to Feedi at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have misused the service, breached these terms, or created a risk or legal exposure for us or others. We decide what amounts to misuse.
Our content
Feedi and its content — including recipes, the app, and branding — are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Feedi for its intended purpose.
Service availability
We may change, suspend, or stop Feedi (in whole or part) at any time, with or without notice. The service may also be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any interruption, downtime, data loss, or discontinuation.
No warranty
Feedi is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prices, plans or other information will be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated here.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from price differences, product availability, or reliance on plans, recipes or dietary information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act where they apply.
Changes
We may update Feedi or these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll update this page. Continued use of Feedi means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
